HAVE TO GIVE THEM, IS ABOVE ALL NOT TO RESORT TO THIS ALTERNATIVE SINCE,
IN THE END, THE REAL LEGITIMATE STATE BEING THAT OF THE NATIONAL
TRANSITIONAL COUNCIL OF FRANCE, THE CNT, WHICH, WE HOPE, WILL VERY SOON
HAVE THE HAND TO BE ABLE TO REGAIN CONTROL OF THINGS AND STATE COFFERS

Above all they are free men, Free French people, with a right of
reflection and even a duty to participate in the restoration of the rule
of law that has, unfortunately, really disappeared in France, I think it
is clear to everyone.

gendarmes ― the gendarmerie that I know best since I came from it, still
considering myself, you know, as the first gendarme since I did not
resign because I no longer wanted to be a gendarme but, on the contrary,
because I wanted to remain a gendarme ― we have article 7 in the army,
which prohibits any soldier from accepting an order contrary to
morality, to probity, and it is good tone to remind our people in arms,
our gendarmes, our soldiers in the service of the people, that at

Oui, absolument, le premier point, évidemment, est de dire à quel point
JE SUIS HONORÉ D’AVOIR CETTE RESPONSABILITÉ QUI M’EST TRANSMISE, D’ÊTRE
ENFIN SERVITEUR DU PEUPLE SOUVERAIN AUX COMMANDES DE LA NEOPOL, DE LA

préoccupations est cette augmentation de suicides dans ces corps
constitués où on atteint des seuils qui n’ont jamais été atteints dans
l’histoire, auparavant. Et à entendre que certains policiers ont la
noblesse de coeur de vouloir démissionner de leurs fonctions, nous avons
les pires craintes parce que démissionner, puis après quoi? Pourquoi pas
aussi se donner la mort comme tant d’autres? NON! SI DES POLICIERS ET
DES GENDARMES PENSENT À L’HEURE ACTUELLE À ABANDONNER LEUR UNIFORME, À
DÉMISSIONNER, C’EST UNE POSITION QUI LES HONORE AU PLUS HAUT POINT, LE
MESSAGE PERSONNEL QUE J’AURAIS À LEUR DONNER, C’EST SURTOUT DE NE PAS
AVOIR RECOURS À CETTE ALTERNATIVE PUISQUE, EN FIN DE COMPTE, LE VRAI
ÉTAT LÉGITIME ÉTANT CELUI DU CONSEIL NATIONAL DE TRANSITION DE FRANCE,
DU CNT, QUI, NOUS L’ESPÉRONS, AURA TRÈS BIENTÔT LA MAIN POUR POUVOIR
REPRENDRE LE CONTRÔLE DES CHOSES ET DES CAISSES DE L’ÉTAT POUR ASSURER,

Éric FIORILE: Leur action auprès de leurs collègues va nous faire faire
un pas en avant pour ce prochain vendredi 18 décembre et leur appui pour
remettre en place un état de droit, en France, va ― on a fait le calcul
très précisément ― va nous rapporter plus de 100 milliards dans les
caisses de l’état. Ça veut dire qu’on a, très largement, non seulement
de quoi récompenser tous ces gendarmes et policiers qui vont être les
premiers à se montrer en faveur de cette restauration mais, en plus de
cela, ce sera aussi la possibilité en cas d’accidents, parce qu’il y a
quand même les milices privées des dirigeants qui pourraient
éventuellement provoquer des accidents, leurs familles seraient
complètement à l’abri pour le restant de leurs jours. Et ça c’est
important, chaque personne qui s’engagent pour la France, alors c’est à
la France d’assurer que leurs familles n’aient pas à pâtir de leur action.

Stan MAILLAUD: Absolument. Et pour revenir sur cette idée de démission,
nous entendons de plus en plus qu’il aurait aussi une opération des
policiers sur la zone de Grenoble ― et ça c’est vous Éric et Delphine
qui m’en avez informé tout à l’heure, ce qui fait que nous avons
interrompu notre programme pour pouvoir vous rejoindre et en parler ―
NOUS ESPÉRONS QUE CES POLICIERS NE VONT PAS DÉMISSIONNER MAIS AU
CONTRAIRE BIEN COMPRENDRE QUE CE N’EST PAS À EUX DE DÉMISSIONNER. AU
CONTRAIRE NOUS AVONS BESOIN DE CES POLICIERS QUI ONT CETTE NOBLESSE DE
COEUR AFIN QUE, EUX, CONSTITUENT LA BASE POUR UN EFFET BOULE DE NEIGE
AFIN QUE L’OCCUPANT, LUI, SOIT AMENÉ À DÉMISSIONNER OU QU’ON LE
DÉMISSIONNE.Un petit message personnel est de plutôt nous rejoindre pour
cette journée de liberté du 18 décembre et la petite suggestion que
j’aurai, ça serait de laisser le champ libre de la manifestation et du
rassemblement aux policiers et aux gendarmes spécifiquement ce jour là,
et que nous, représentants du peuple qui est censé être souverain, nous
puissions simplement être là assez discrètement pour les acclamer, les
applaudir, un peu à l’image de ce qui s’est passé à Barcelone il y a
quelques jours. C’est la petite suggestion, c’est ce que j’aimerais voir
dans cette journée de libération de la France du 18 décembre et j’ai
quand même quelques craintes que toute manifestation du peuple souverain
puisse être instrumentalisée par ce à quoi vous faisiez allusion cher
Éric, donc, pour ne pas les nommer, les fameux Black Blocks, bien sûr.
Je pense que ce serait une belle idée que de laisser le champ libre aux
policiers, aux gendarmes plutôt qu’ils démissionnent. Qu’ils descendent
dans la rue, qu’ils manifestent joyeusement, et nous, nous les
accompagnons en ce jour de libération du 18 décembre avec une politique
générale de fête et de désobéissance civile. Qu’en pensez-vous, Éric?

Éric FIORILE: Tout à fait. Mais plus que de désobéissance, on va parler
d’obéissance à la véritable loi qui est celle de la déclaration des
droits de l’homme qui exige que tous les français aient droit à la
liberté de circuler, à leur liberté de respirer librement. Si maintenant
ces policiers nous ouvrent la voie, déjà dans leur secteur, eh bien,
dans leur secteur on va se concentrer pour les appuyer, pour leur offrir
tout notre appui, et peut-être qu’eux-mêmes, beaucoup d’entre eux, vont
prendre conscience qu’ils ne doivent plus accepter de manipulation, ni
de leurs chefs complices des préfets, ni de leurs syndicats.

Avant tout ils sont des hommes libres, des français libres, avec un
droit de réflexion et même un devoir de participer à la restauration de
l’état de droit qui a, malheureusement, vraiment disparu en France, je
crois que c’est clair pour tout le monde.

Stan MAILLAUD: Absolument. Et en parlant de devoir, en ce qui concerne
les gendarmes ― de la gendarmerie que je connais le mieux puisque j’en
suis issu, me considérant toujours, vous le savez, comme le premier
gendarme puisque je n’ai pas démissionné parce que je ne voulais plus
être gendarme mais, au contraire, parce que je voulais rester gendarme ―
nous avons, dans l’armée, l’article 7 qui interdit à tout militaire
d’accepter un ordre contraire à la morale, à la probité, et il est de
bon ton de rappeler à nos gens en armes, à nos gendarmes, à nos
militaires au service du peuple, qu’à l’heure actuelle ils sont
submergés

rejeter en bloc. C’est le premier pas vers le devoir, c’est absolument
incontournable.

n’hésitent pas à entrer sur le site web à lire la SOMMATION↗, ils
peuvent être assurés que cette sommation, et on l’a vérifié pour le
département de l’isère, autant le préfet que leur capitaine, les
responsables, ont reçu cette sommation. Donc, ILS ONT ÉTÉ SOMMÉS
JURIDIQUEMENT.

Stan MAILLAUD: C’est extraordinaire. ALORS, EN TERMES D’INFORMATION,
J’ESPÈRE QUE TOUS LES POLICIERS, POLICIERS NATIONAUX, POLICIERS
MUNICIPAUX ET GENDARMES, GENDARMES DÉPARTEMENTAUX, GENDARMES MOBILES DE
FRANCE ET DE NAVARRE, SONT BIEN INFORMÉS DE L’EXISTENCE DU CONSEIL
